Referral Program Terms & Conditions

As a member of Lesson With You’s Referral Program (referred to as an “Advocate”), you are subject to Lesson With You’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, along with additional terms outlined in these Referral Program Terms. If a term is not defined in these Referral Program Terms, it holds the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or terminate the Referral Program, its Terms and Conditions, and the methods for earning rewards at any time for any reason.

We maintain the right to disqualify any Advocates from participating in the Referral Program at our sole discretion, including instances where an Advocate does not comply with the Referral Program Terms and Conditions or relevant laws. By participating in the Referral Program, Advocates agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions provided. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions in full, you are not authorized to register as an Advocate or partake in the Referral Program.

Compliance with the Law: Advocates must not participate in the Referral Program if doing so would violate any applicable laws or regulations. Advocates are obligated to adhere to all relevant laws, including the CAN SPAM Act. Sharing your Referral Program link in a manner that could be perceived as unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any law or regulation is expressly prohibited and may lead to your Account’s immediate termination and exclusion from Lesson With You’s Referral Program.

Eligibility: Lesson With You’s Referral Program is not intended for use by businesses or individuals seeking affiliate lead generation or by those posting on discount websites. To become an Advocate, you must be at least 18 years old.

Becoming an Advocate: Eligible individuals may become members of Lesson With You’s Referral Program by registering using the provided “Referral” link. Advocates are expected to uphold the spirit of the Referral Program by referring real individuals who meet the Referral Program Terms and Conditions requirements. Advocates cannot refer themselves. For example, an Advocate may not participate in the Referral Program using multiple or fictitious email addresses or identities. The name associated with the Qualified Referral’s Shipping or Billing Address must not match that of the Advocate.

Qualified Referrals: A “Qualified Referral” meets the following conditions:

The Referred Customer completes a Product (lesson) purchase through the Site by clicking on the Referral Program link provided by Lesson With You, making them a first-time Purchaser of Products. The Advocate’s unique referral link may only be used by the Advocate to obtain Qualified Referrals; sharing or using referral links from other sources is not honored. If a Referred Customer makes a purchase or registers with Lesson With You through any other link or method, it will not count as a Qualified Referral, and the Advocate will not earn a Reward. The Referred Customer was not previously registered with Lesson With You under any email address or alias.

The Referred Customer is at least 18 years old. Additional or subsequent purchases made by a Referred Customer for any item will not be considered Qualified Referrals and will not be entitled to the benefits of Qualified Referrals; additional or repeat purchases by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

Earning Rewards: Rewards may be issued in various forms at Lesson With You’s sole discretion. Restrictions may apply, depending on the form of the Reward. If the Reward is in the form of a gift card, gift certificate, or voucher, it may be subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.

No Combination: Referred Customers are prohibited from combining any discounts obtained through their use of the Referral Program with Offer Codes or other promotions provided by Lesson With You.

Verified Qualified Referral: Rewards are subject to verification. Lesson With You may delay a Reward for the purposes of investigation. Lesson With You may also refuse to verify and process any transaction it considers fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of the Referral Program Terms and Conditions, or believes may pose potential liability for Lesson With You, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or any of their respective employees. Lesson With You’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions concerning whether a Qualified Referral or Reward is verified.

Transfer and Value of Credit and Rewards: Rewards have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Rewards are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold. Upon termination of the Referral Program or any part thereof for any reason, any unredeemed Rewards that have not been delivered to the Advocate will be forfeited.

Fraudulent and Suspicious Behavior: Lesson With You may prevent an Advocate from participating in the Referral Program or receiving a Reward at its sole discretion if Lesson With You determines that the Advocate is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the Referral Program through cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices. This includes attempts to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass other Advocates or Lesson With You representatives. The use of affiliate websites, affiliate network properties, automated systems, scripts, macros, or any other prohibited means of participation is strictly forbidden and will result in disqualification. Advocates may not use multiple or fake email addresses or accounts, fictitious identities, or any system, bot, or device to participate in the Referral Program or receive a Reward. Lesson With You reserves the right to disqualify any Advocate and/or cancel any Reward(s) if it finds an Advocate tampering with the entry process, the Referral Program’s operation, or if they violate these Referral Program Terms and Conditions. Lesson With You also retains the right to terminate the Account of any Advocate and/or Referred Customer at any time and without notice, at its sole discretion, for any conduct considered a violation of these Referral Program Terms.
