How does the subscription work?
After you complete the first half-hour free trial lesson, you can sign up for weekly recurring lessons.
Lesson With You is a recurring subscription service for online music lessons. As long as your subscription is active, your regular weekly lesson time will be automatically reserved and scheduled with your instructor indefinitely.
Our weekly recurring lessons mean you only have to prepay one week at a time. Payments are made per lesson online through our secure payment processor.
When will my first regular lesson be scheduled?
After selecting a lesson time length, you will need to provide payment information before completing the final form to pick a regular lesson time.
What's the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
In order to reschedule your lesson, or cancel and receive a full refund, please contact your instructor at least 24 hours before your lesson. We unfortunately are not able to refund or reschedule missed or cancelled lessons where the teacher is not alerted at least 24 hours ahead of time.
How do I pause, cancel, or resume lesson subscriptions?
You can simply pause, cancel, or resume lesson subscriptions through Account page or by contacting our support desk at [email protected] or by calling (878) 229-1299.
How do I sign up for a longer or shorter lesson duration after subscribing?
If you want longer or shorter lessons, the easiest way is to reach out to your instructor directly. You can also update your subscription through Account page or by contacting our support desk.
What's the pricing outside of the USA?
Our USD prices are $35 for a half-hour lesson, $50 for a 45-minute lesson, and $55 for an hour-long lesson. Pricing in other countries may vary slightly but will generally be equivalent to the US pricing.
