How do payments work?

Payments are made per lesson online through our payment processor. Our weekly recurring lessons should be prepaid. We use Stripe as our payment platform – it’s the same one trusted by companies like Target and National Geographic – for a safe and fast payment process.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, in addition to online payment platforms like PayPal and AmazonPay.

How do I pause, cancel, or resume lesson subscriptions?

To make any changes to your subscription, click “Account” on the top menu. You can also directly send an email to our support desk. Also, please contact your instructor to let them know about the changes.

What happens if I miss a lesson?

In order to reschedule your lesson, or cancel and receive a full refund, please contact your teacher at least 24 hours before your lesson. We unfortunately are not able to refund or reschedule missed or cancelled lessons where the teacher is not alerted at least 24 hours ahead of time.
