1. General
Lesson With You gift certificates may be used only for live, online music lessons offered through Lesson With You. They cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, transferred to another person, or combined with other promotions. All standard Lesson With You lesson policies apply to lessons booked using a gift certificate.

2. Purchase and Delivery
Gift certificates are issued as digital PDFs. At checkout, the purchaser may choose to:

1) receive the PDF to deliver personally, or
2) have the certificate automatically emailed to the recipient.

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate recipient information, including email address. Lesson With You is not responsible for undelivered or misdirected certificates caused by incorrect information entered at checkout. 

If the certificate is emailed directly to the recipient, Lesson With You may contact them for the limited purpose of helping schedule their complimentary trial lesson or redeem the gift certificate. Recipient information is used only to administer the lesson and will not be shared with third parties.

3. Trial Lesson and Eligibility
Before redeeming a gift certificate, all new students are encouraged to take a complimentary 30 minute trial lesson to meet an instructor and confirm it is a good fit. Gift certificates are valid only for new students who have not previously taken paid lessons with Lesson With You. Returning or existing students are not eligible to redeem a gift certificate.

4. Redemption and Expiration
Gift certificates must be redeemed within one year from the purchase date.
They may be applied toward any available instrument or instructor at Lesson With You, subject to scheduling and instructor availability.
Standard cancellation and reschedule policies apply. Late cancellations, missed lessons, or no shows are considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Changes
Lesson With You may update these terms or adjust delivery and redemption procedures as needed. The most recent version will be available on the Lesson With You website.
