How do I access my subscription details?

What's the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
In order to reschedule your lesson, or cancel and receive a full refund, please contact your instructor at least 24 hours before your lesson. We unfortunately are not able to refund or reschedule missed or cancelled lessons where the teacher is not alerted at least 24 hours ahead of time.
How do I pause, cancel, or resume lesson subscriptions?
You can simply pause, cancel, or resume lesson subscriptions through Account page or by contacting our support desk at [email protected] or by calling (878) 229-1299.
What should I do if I need to take a break from lessons?
For those who want to take breaks for about a week or so, you can let your teacher know. For longer breaks, like a month, we generally recommend students contact our support desk directly so we can better accommodate your request and help you set up for your return.
Will I receive reminders for my lessons?
Yes, you’ll receive both text and email reminders for your weekly lessons.
