Activating Your Account

After clicking the above button, please enter the email address associated with your account. You can contact us if you’re not sure which email address to use.

After entering the email address, you’ll be emailed a one-time password which you can use to login.

Changing Lesson Plans

To make a change to your plan, click the plan that you want to change. You will see options to edit, pause, or cancel it. Clicking change subscription will bring you to a blue box that you can click to choose a different plan. If you would like to switch to a plan other than one of the default plans, please contact us directly.

Updating Information

If you need to update other information, such as your payment method, or you want to see your billing history, you can also access those options after logging in to your account. If you have any questions or concerns about managing your account online, please contact our support desk, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
