FAQs
What does the free trial piano lesson include?
In our 30-minute complimentary trial lesson, you’ll meet one-on-one with a matched teacher to discuss your musical goals, try some basic techniques or review what you know, and get a feel for our teaching style. For the best results, share which piece or piano method book you’re working on and any challenges you’re facing prior to the trial, so you can dive into getting practical tips and guidance straight away.
If you’re a total beginner, that’s okay! Just share your goals, the genres you like, and the pieces you want to play in the future.
Can I see the qualifications and experience of the teachers?
You can check out their bios, educational credentials, and even performance clips by clicking “See Full Bio” on each profile card.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my trial lesson?
If you want to reschedule or cancel a trial lesson, please let our customer service team know prior to the trial. You can reach out to us via phone at 878-229-1299 or email at
[email protected].
Rescheduling a trial lesson does not usually involve additional fees. However, additional fees may apply if there is a no-show for the trial lesson and if you try to schedule a different trial lesson in the future.
What happens after the trial lesson?
If you decide to take further lessons with the teacher, you can sign up for a weekly subscription via the top menu button “Subscribe.”
Lesson With You is a subscription-based company offering weekly lessons. If you have any additional questions about the lessons or payment, please reach out to us.
What is the cost of regular lessons after the free trial?
Our pricing starts at $35 for a half-hour lesson, $50 for a 45-minute lesson, and $65 for an hour lesson.
Is there any obligation to continue lessons after the trial?
There is no long-term contract to take lessons at Lesson With You. You can pause the subscription and resume anytime.
