Pricing
Lesson With You is a weekly subscription service whereby clients pre-pay each week on Mondays at Noon EST for their upcoming lesson. Our billing cycle runs Monday through Sunday. Weekly subscriptions lock in a set, recurring date and time with their instructor.

Student Commitment
LWY does not offer or require any contracts. Additionally, LWY does not require students to reach a certain number of lessons. Clients may pause, change or cancel their subscription at any time, for any reason.
Payment
All LWY lessons must be prepaid. Clients create a payment profile when starting their subscription. Recurring weekly subscriptions are automatically billed each Monday at Noon EST. Thus, students prepay for lessons one week at a time.
Note: Billing information is included in the Teacher’s Manual so that instructors have a general understanding of LWY billing procedures; however, the administrative staff handles all billing processes and questions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
LWY requires 24 hour notice for all lesson cancellations or rescheduling requests. As long as the client notifies the teacher or a LWY staff member at least 24 hours before the lesson time, they will receive a full refund or the instructor can elect to reschedule them if they are available and wish to do so. Refunds are processed on Mondays for all lessons during the previous week.
Each LWY client is afforded one (1) waived late cancellation/no show lesson. Waivers will be provided to students only after they complete their fourth (4) lesson (thus, waivers can be applied to the 5th lesson and beyond).
When using a waiver, the client can: receive a full refund OR request a late reschedule with no second charge (see Late Reschedule Request below).
Late Reschedule Requests
If your student late cancels a lesson or is no show and they request a rescheduled lesson in the same billing cycle (“a late reschedule”), they will be charged for the second rescheduled lesson.
IMPORTANT: Do not suggest or agree to a Late Reschedule Request without reminding clients of the second charge.
Note: Instructors will be paid in full for all late cancellations, including for paid lessons and trial lessons.
