What's the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

In order to reschedule your trial, or cancel and receive a full refund, please contact your instructor at least 24 hours before your trial. We unfortunately are not able to refund or reschedule missed or cancelled lessons where the teacher is not alerted at least 24 hours ahead of time.
